Kailyn Lowry is taking on the haters. In a new TikTok video, the Teen Mom star is addressing the rumor that she’s had plastic surgery since the birth of her twins five months ago. Kailyn has been honest about her desires to go under the knife again after giving birth to three kids about a year apart. In 2022, she gave birth to her son Rio with boyfriend Elijah Scott, followed by twins Verse and Valley in 2023. This wouldn’t be the first time Kail has gotten plastic surgery — she previously had a tummy tuck in 2016.

Fans believe Kailyn got a tummy tuck.
After posting a video on social media of herself wearing a black two piece bathing suit, Kailyn claims that she is "being accused of more plastic surgery." She quickly added, "not that that’s a bad thing," and confirmed that she does plan to have more surgery in the future. She firmly restated that she has not had any additional surgery since her 2016 tummy tuck.
She has had a few kids since her tummy tuck.
She then showed a full body shot, including the scars from her tummy tuck. Wearing loose-fitting pajamas, she stands and guides the camera over her stomach. She claims that she needs a tummy tuck revision, pointing out "hard" muscles that "got ruined by pregnancy" after her tummy tuck. Since her surgery, she has given birth to five kids: sons Lux, Creed, Rio and Verse, and daughter Valley.

Kail wasted no time showing off her plastic surgery scars.
Describing her stomach as "square and boxy," she showed that if she pulls her pants up higher on her waist, her stomach looks smaller. "Don’t believe everything you see on the internet," she warned.
Kail then proceeded to pull her pants lower on her hips to show the scar from her tummy tuck, pointing out that it’s fainter on her hips than on her actual stomach.
Kail has always been brutally honest.
"That is what tummy tuck and c-section scars look like," Kailyn said in the video before turning around. "I don’t know what other scars you want to see because that’s all I have! Accuse me of more things, because I’m just gonna show you."
Kailyn also revealed that she wears her pants a certain way on her hips to hide the scars, admitting, "From the side I’m not as skinny as I look from the front."
People loved her honesty.
"Thanks for being so honest and transparent," one of her followers wrote. "You look beautiful! We go through so much physically for our babies."
"Our twins are the same age I think and it doesn’t even look like you just had twins!" someone else added. "You look sooo good."
Another commenter shared: "You look great!!! Who cares if you have had surgery or not! Do you boo!! You look amazing!!"
