Kailyn Lowry Shows Off Her Major Transformation After Undergoing Multiple Cosmetic Surgeries

Former Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry is showing off her body after undergoing several cosmetic procedures this year. On Wednesday, Kail took to Instagram to share photos of herself wearing all of her favorite bras, giving fans a peek at her new physique in the process. And judging by the comments, people are seriously impressed with the major transformation she’s made in such a short time.

In the photos (which you can see here), Kail shared all the details on her “favorite support systems,” offering up lacy cropped looks, sports bras that can be found on Amazon, and even multiple bras from Kim Kardashian‘s Skims brand. All the photos showed just how much Kail has changed in recent months, and her followers are definitely taking notice.

“Body so tea they’re dumping it in the Boston Harbor,” one of her commenters wrote.

Another defended her against any negativity she might be receiving for going the cosmetic surgery route. “God forbid a woman does something for her self confidence after having children without people being haters,” one follower wrote.

As People reported, Kail confirmed that she had a breast reduction done in December 2024, followed by a tummy tuck in February. She went under the knife again in August to remove her double chin.

In a video that she shared on TikTok earlier this month, Kail said that she’d been “conditioned to hate myself” at a young age.

“My mom was never really impressed with me,” she said. “I wasn’t girly enough, I wasn’t skinny enough, I wasn’t pretty enough, I just wasn’t what she wanted, so she was already not happy with my body and things like that, which obviously led me to not be happy with my body.”

Because of the way she grew up, she doesn’t want the same for her own children, especially daughter Valley — despite undergoing these procedures herself.

“I just feel like, if I can fix something I don’t like, why not?” she said. “But also in the same breath, I’m like, I don’t want my daughter to feel like she needs to fix anything. But at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter what other people say, it’s how you feel about yourself.”
