Kailyn Lowry has people scratching their heads after some of her latest social media posts. Over the weekend, the mom of seven took three of her sons – Lincoln, Lux, and Creed – to a wrestling tournament in another part of their home state of Delaware. Kail's actions drew ire from critics on Reddit after she revealed that her son Rio had been exposed to an unspecified virus. Many called her decision to leave home with her kids after the exposure irresponsible and are dragging her over her anti-vaccine beliefs.

Kail was traveling with three of her boys.
In her Instagram Stories, Kail shared pictures and videos of their outing. She started with a video of the boys shouting, "Good Morning Instagram!"
She later shared a photo of Lux smiling in black sweats, writing, "He said it's too early. We were out the door at 7am." After that, she shared a picture of Lux in his wrestling uniform.
She received some troubling news about son Rio.
On her Coffee Convos podcast, Kailyn shared the news of Rio’s virus exposure with co-host Lindsie Chrisley.
"On Sunday I get a call from the Department of Public Health letting me know that Rio was exposed to a certain virus – not COVID – at the hospital that implanted his tubes," she shared. "He had his tubes put in December 29. I didn’t get a call until the seventh."
It was a trying ordeal.
"I was like 'What the f— am I going to do? I have kids. He’s been with my other children," Kail said, adding that she was told Rio had to be isolated. She also shared that Lux and Creed had to stay home from school and she couldn’t have her usual child care in the house.
She then said that she started seeing symptoms in Rio and brought him to the hospital.

Even though Kail didn't specify the virus, many suspect it's measles.
"Doctor looks me dead in the face and says, 'Yeah, unfortunately, this does look like a positive case of XYZ,'" she revealed, choosing not to name the virus. She added that there was a lot of confusion about where he may have come in contact with the disease.
Although Kail didn’t explicitly state what the virus is, multiple news outlets have reported that measles outbreaks have happened in Delaware.
Critics are dragging her on Reddit.
Critics of Kailyn quickly took to Reddit to speculate if Rio is part of that measles exposure and to call her out for not vaccinating some of her kids.
"Imagine having that many children and not getting them vaccinated for simple things. It’s putting them all in danger for no reason other than being selfish and uneducated," one person said.
"While I was reading this I kept thinking 'it’s measles' and she’s not saying the specific virus because she doesn’t want backlash. She’s anti vaccine, so really, she has herself to blame in this," another person commented. "Had he and her other children that could be vaccinated in fact were vaccinated, this wouldn’t be such an 'oh s—' moment. I hope the little one is okay and I hope she wises up and gets them vaccinated. She’s playing a stupid game and it’s the kids who will deal with brunt of winning stupid prizes."
