Kailyn got real about having babies in the NICU.

Kailyn gave her followers a glimpse of the twins and their birth in two episodes of her Barely Famous podcast. She shared pictures of her and twins during their time in the NICU. Both Verse and Valley can be seen with wires and monitors attached to their bodies as she holds them loosely swaddled in blankets.
She also revealed that her family is truly complete.

Kail revealed during the podcast that she is truly finished having children and she had her tubes tied while also discussing the hardest parts of her NICU experience with the babies.
"For me, it was you couldn't be there with me in the NICU when I went," Kailyn said to Elijah. "[Valley] was away from her twin; we were away from her. When we were home, we still couldn't process it because there was so much going on here."
