It’s been a difficult year for Kate Middleton and her family as she’s undergone chemotherapy for a cancer diagnosis she revealed earlier this year. And with treatment now behind her, it sounds like she’s really embracing her new perspective on life. One new report claims that Kate is urging Prince William to make up with Prince Harry and end their feud once and for all — according to her, life really is too short to fight with the ones you love.

Kate's cancer battle has reportedly changed her.
According to what a source told Australian outlet New Idea Magazine, Kate has learned firsthand just how fragile life really is.
“Facing your own mortality changes people,” the source said, via the Daily Record. “Kate knows how precious life is and to not waste time on the past.”
This is part of her mission to remove any extra stress in her life.
Although that may be hard to do, considering that she’s a member of the royal family and a mother of three, any grudges she and her family are holding is something she can control.
“During her chemo treatment, Kate read theories on cancer being linked to repressed anger and stress,” the source added. “So she’s making a big effort to let go of any grudges.”
The insider said Kate believes it's high time that Harry and William let bygones be bygones.
Apparently, she’s already started thinking about how she might convince William to be the bigger person and do just that.
“The ace up her sleeve, as far as William is concerned, is that opening the door for Harry is a way of keeping him from doing something else damaging again,” the source said.
It might just work — it seems none of the royals have been particularly pleased with the personal details Harry has shared of his upbringing since moving to the US in 2020.

Kate mentioned her new lease on life when she shared she's done with her chemo treatment.
In a video update she shared earlier this month, Kate admitted that her “complex, scary, and unpredictable” cancer journey meant that she and William both reflected on their lives and what’s most important.
“With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything,” she said in the video. “This time has above all reminded William and me to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life, which so many of us often take for granted. Of simply loving and being loved.”
It makes sense that Kate would want William and Harry to be on good terms again.
Not only does it seem like this feud has put a strain on the entire family, but also before Meghan joined the family, Kate and Harry seemed to be the best of friends. There’s no doubt that she misses her brother-in-law.
It appears it’s going to be a long road for Harry to get back in the royals’ good graces after everything that’s happened, but maybe Kate truly will be the one to bring them all back together.
