No matter how old we get, there's always at least one special something we're hoping to find under the tree on Christmas morning … and for Kelly Osbourne, it's plastic surgery. While there have been rumors that Kelly has gone under the knife in the past, she has always claimed there's no truth to them, saying that the weight loss she experienced after her 2018 gastric sleeve surgery changed the shape of her face. But if she gets her holiday wish, she might soon be able to say she's had work done.

Her family thinks that her wish is absurd.
"I think I’ve decided what I want for Christmas," Kelly said during a recent episode of The Osbournes Podcast. But as soon as she said it, mom Sharon Osbourne chimed in, saying, "Oh, here we go."
"Plastic surgery," Kelly said, holding her hand up to her neck and face, adding, "Well, I just think it’s my time!"
According to Sharon, it's far too soon for Kelly to start worrying about things like this … but as Kelly's brother, Jack, pointed out, Sharon was around Kelly's age when she had her first cosmetic procedure done.
Sharon is swearing off plastic surgery for herself.
Plastic surgery has been a topic of conversation on the podcast in the past as well. In September, Sharon said she had "cursed off cosmetic surgery forever," though Jack confessed that he didn’t believe her.
"I thought you had, like, a two or three year like, tune-up. It’s like a car," Jack said as Sharon laughed.
"That’s right," she responded. "Everybody needs it."
Kelly doesn't see anything wrong with plastic surgery.
While Jack and Ozzy seem to believe that plastic surgery is unnecessary, at the time, Kelly shared that she completely understood where her mother was coming from.
"Look, I do not want one of those necks in which you can flick. That will never happen," she said.

Kelly has been open about her choice to get Botox injections in the past.
In an October interview with the Daily Mail, she swore that the changes to her face weren't surgical.
"I've done Botox, that's it," she admitted. "It's weird because now that I've lost weight, everybody is criticizing and trying to figure out what it is that I've done, and I really just lost weight. It's just the shape of my face."
She has already shut down rumors that she had plastic surgery in the past.
In 2021, Kelly posted a video on Instagram to get ahead of speculation that she'd had work done. According to what Kelly said in the video, she's "never done anything to my face other than a couple of injections in my lips, in my jaw, and in my forehead here."
"Let's squash these stupid rumors!!! Can't you just be happy for me?" she asked.
