Nearly one week after reports seemed to confirm that Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's baby boy has arrived, it looks like the proud parents have finally headed home with their little one. On Tuesday, paparazzi captured Travis and Kourtney leaving Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, seemingly taking their son home for the first time. So far, we don't have many details about the birth, but there's no doubt that Kourtney's ready to be back in her own house (and reunited with her other three children).

The proud parents were seen on their way home.
Kourtney and Travis were seen paying for parking and leaving the hospital's parking deck at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, TMZ reported. Though the baby was kept out of view, the news outlet noted that Travis was driving with Kourtney in the back seat, so it would make sense if she was sitting back there with the baby for his very first car ride.
Members of the family have been seen coming and going from the hospital for the past week.
There are very little confirmed details around Kourtney's birthing experience so far, but according to TMZ's intel, Kourtney may have checked in early last week. Then, on Thursday, Travis and Kourtney's sister, Kylie Jenner, were both seen outside the hospital, signaling that something was happening. Combine that with Kourtney's due date being right around this time, and the clues easily added up.

On Saturday, a source close to the Kardashians star confirmed to People that their baby boy, Rocky, had arrived — though that's really all we know so far.
Kourtney and Travis have both avoided making mention of the pregnancy and birth on social media since then, so an official announcement is likely still in the works.
Some reports claim that Kourtney's delivery may have been a difficult one.
After battling infertility and having emergency fetal surgery earlier this fall, Kourtney's fourth pregnancy was a lot different from her last ones — and it sounds like the birth was, too.
An insider told People that Kourtney's pregnancy "took a stressful turn" as Rocky's due date grew closer, and now, the new mom of four is just happy to "snuggle her baby boy."
