Sources say Kourtney Kardashian welcomed her son Rocky, her fourth baby and first with husband Travis Barker.
Though she hasn't officially shared the news yet (and likely won't, given it was her sister Kendall Jenner's birthday two days ago and today is mom Kris Jenner's birthday), but she is said to be doing well and thankful to have her son safely on this side.
It sounds like the pregnancy took a scary turn at the end.
“Kourtney is over the moon about her son’s arrival," the source told People.
"Her pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end."
Thankfully, though, it appears everything is fine now, according to the source, who said the new mom is "happy" to be with her son.
"She is happy to just be able to snuggle her baby boy now," the source added. "She feels so blessed."
Their baby, who is rumored to be named Rocky Thirteen, joins a big, blended family, including Kourtney's three kids with her ex, Scott Disick — 13-year-old Mason, 11-year-old Penelope, and 8-year-old Reign; and Travis' three children — 20-year-old Landon, 17-year-old Alabama, and 24-year-old stepdaughter, who he shares with his ex, Shanna Moakler.
The news broke Saturday that Kourtney had welcomed her baby boy.
Multiple outlets announced on Saturday that Kourtney and Travis welcomed their baby boy!
The couple hasn't officially announced the news yet, but sources told People that their little boy, Rocky, had been born safely at the hospital. It also tracks with the rumors that members of the Kardashian-Jenner family were seen arriving at the hospital.
This pregnancy has not been an easy one for Kourtney.
The journey to become pregnant was a struggle for Kourtney and Travis, which they documented on the family realty TV show. They eventually decided to stop pursuing IVF and let whatever happens happen, and the two were thrilled to share they were expecting.
Kourtney shared this pregnancy has been different because of her age; she was placed on more precautionary restrictions.
But it was scary for another reason, too. Her son needed emergency fetal surgery.
"I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life,” Kourtney shared in an Instagram post in September.
"I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this," she added.
Hopefully things are going OK now.
If things did take a turn near the end of Kourtney's pregnancy, chances are they're going to use some time away from announcing the birth to help wrap their brains around everything they had been through and bond with their little boy.
We're sending love, congratulations, and well-wishes to Kourtney and her family.
