The ladies of the Kardashian family seem to be constantly surrounded by speculation about what cosmetic surgeries they have (or haven’t) had done, but this debate about Kylie Jenner is definitely unique. After photos of Kylie from this year’s Met Gala resurfaced, fans noticed something strange about her armpit, and now, they’re wondering if it’s a sign she’s had a certain procedure done. According to one expert, these theories might not be off base.

Kylie appears to have a small scar near her armpit.
The scar is so tiny it’s almost imperceptible, but if you look closely, you can see the scar peeking out from her armpit where her arm and back meet.
Though this isn’t the first time fans have speculated about Kylie’s potential cosmetic procedures, this debate is really ramping up in recent days.
Fans have a few theories about what may have caused the scar.
Almost all of them revolve around cosmetic surgery.
As The Daily Mail pointed out, some fans on Reddit believe that Kylie has had “multiple rounds” of liposuction on her arms and back, while others believe it could be a scar from breast implants.
Now, an expert is weighing in.
Dr. Q, a cosmetic surgeon who is based in Glasglow, took to Instagram to share his analysis of what Kylie may have had done based on the scar’s appearance, and in his professional opinion, it wouldn’t be physically possible for Kylie to achieve her current look without a little extra medical help.
“Have you seen Kylie Jenner’s arms?” he says in the video. “She claims it’s just by Pilates. I don’t think there’s any way Pilates alone can achieve this.”

Dr. Q believes that the theories about liposuction are correct.
“I think she has probably had liposuction, BodyTite or a similar procedure,” he says in the clip.
Liposuction is a procedure that suctions fat out of certain areas of the body — in Kylie’s case, potentially her arms — to sculpt different parts of the body. It can also be referred to as body sculpting.
Meanwhile, BodyTite is a nonsurgical procedure that sculpts the body and is often used alongside liposuction, especially in areas such as arms, breasts, stomach, and back.
Kylie hasn't commented on the rumors.
But then again, that’s typically her MO. Remember when people couldn’t stop talking about her lips and she denied getting injections, only to confess years later that she actually had gotten her lips done after feeling insecure about them as a teenager?
Ultimately, whatever medical procedures someone has undergone (cosmetic or not) are their business, so if Kylie’s staying mum on the topic this time, it’s hard to blame her.
