After some ups and downs over the past year, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly seem to be stronger than ever — and now, they’re taking a huge step in their relationship. On Monday, Megan announced that she is pregnant with her first child with the musician, sharing a photo of her baby bump. How exciting for this celeb couple!

Megan shared the big news on Instagram.
Megan posted a photo of herself holding her growing baby bump, her body covered in black liquid, along with a black and white photo of a positive pregnancy test.
“nothing is ever really lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️,” she wrote in her caption.
Megan's caption alludes to her past pregnancy loss.
Last November, Megan opened up about a miscarriage she and MGK had experienced after writing about it in her book of poetry, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.
“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately,” she said during an interview with Good Morning America at the time, per People.
The couple has been together since 2020.
But things between them haven’t always been smooth sailing. Though Megan and MGK did get engaged in 2022, they called it off last year. And even though they haven’t confirmed exactly what their relationship status is publicly, Megan did say they’ve decided their relationship is “not for public consumption” when she appeared on the Call Her Daddy podcast in March.
“What I can say is, that is what I refer to as being my ‘twin soul,’ and there will always be a tether to him no matter what,” she told host Alex Cooper. “I can’t say what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain.”
Megan's ex's fiancée has publicly congratulated her on the news.
After Megan shared her pregnancy announcement, Sharna Burgess — who is engaged to Megan’s ex-husband, Brian Austin Green — took to her Instagram Stories to share her excitement.
“Welcome little one, we are all so excited to meet you,” she wrote. “Congratulations Mama.”

Megan and MGK each have children of their own from previous relationships.
Though their baby-to-be will be the couple’s first together, they’re both already experienced parents. Megan shares sons Noah, Bodhi, and Journey with Brian, and MGK is dad to 15-year-old daughter Casie.
Their little one is about to have plenty of older siblings to show them the ropes, and they all must be so excited. Congrats to Megan and MGK!
