When it comes to eating healthy, Mila Kunis apparently has it all figured out. During an episode of Harper's Bazaar's Food Diaries, Mila shared everything she eats in a day, and we're quite impressed with her ability to avoid certain foods, especially when it comes to dessert.

Mila kicks off her day with coffee and leftovers.
The busy mom starts her morning with an "old school drip coffee" and adds some frothed Silk Oat Milk Creamer to add a little sweetness. It sounds like she enjoys her morning cup of joe on an empty stomach, because she waits until her kids are off to school before eating whatever they left behind on their plates.
"I have this thing against wasting food," she revealed. "So I'll eat it, which isn't satiating."
Who among us hasn't played cleanup crew with our kid's leftovers, though?
When she gets peckish, she reaches for a millennial favorite.
If whatever her children left behind doesn't do the trick, Mila will make herself a mid-morning snack.
"Then I'll make avocado toast for myself," she revealed. "I grab whatever bread we have. And again, it's healthy because I have children and so you try to do as much as you can."
Lunch is usually off the table for Mila.
Thanks to the hectic schedules she and Ashton keep, lunch is rarely a sit-down affair. "My husband and I are working at home, if one of us doesn't have work, we will grab food for the other, mish-mash together some food in the fridge or have a protein smoothie," she says.
"I get frozen smoothies delivered to the house, I put protein powder in it, my husband puts in non-dairy for me and then he drops it off at my table and I am super grateful."
That's not the only thing Mila has delivered.
The family keeps their fridge and pantry full with the help of a meal delivery service and Mila's parents. Mila's mom is known for bringing over "smoked fish and pickles, smoked herring, warm potatoes with dill, salt and olive oil," along with "delicious" dishes like beef stroganoff and brats.
As for her dad, he keeps the family stocked with freshly caught Alaskan salmon and cod.
They go through a lot of fish.
Both Ashton and daughter Wyatt are pescatarian, meaning the only animal protein they eat is fish. This means that Mila ensures she's not creating double meals by focusing on their dietary needs Monday through Friday.
But don't be fooled by Mila's menu — the actress says she does indulge from time to time, adding that they have a "couple bites" of ice cream every night.
It's all about balance, and it sounds like Mila's got both ends of the spectrum covered perfectly for her family.
