Just when paparazzi photos of Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis hugging it out had us convinced that the former couple had put their nasty legal battle behind them, leaked court documents show that their fight is anywhere but in the rearview. According to paperwork filed by Olivia's attorneys, Jason hasn't been paying his fair share to care for their two kids.

The Blast obtained copies of the legal paperwork.
In the filing, Olivia claims she's been stuck paying "100% of the costs for the children's care" while they are residing with her. That means Olivia is footing the bill for everything from extracurriculars to food on days that 8-year-old son Otis and 6-year-old daughter Daisy are in her care.
Jason and Olivia do split the kids' school tuition, but Olivia says that's just not enough.
The Don't Worry Darling star is now seeking court-ordered support payments so she can give Otis and Daisy an experience that's "commensurate with Jason's standard of living."
Additionally, she's requesting reimbursement for any attorney and accountant fees because of Jason's "significantly superior" financial position and because of what her legal team calls "Jason and his counsel's egregious, unnecessary, and aggressive conduct."
Olivia is asking for $500,000 and a retroactive child support order.
The documents claim that "Jason shares equal responsibility with Olivia for the support of their children, yet Olivia has borne the lion's share of the expenses for their children since the pendency of this action," according to The Blast.
Additionally, they allege that Jason and his legal team are litigating Olivia "into debt" despite her self-declared $10 million net worth.
Her financials were also disclosed in the legal filing.
Olivia is evidently worried that her savings will continue to shrink if she's forced to cover all of the kids' expenses on her own. The documents state that she makes just $71,667 per month, a jaw-dropping figure that doesn't come close to covering the more than $100,000 a month she needs to keep her household running (including a monthly mortgage payment, laundry, cleaning, and more).

A representative for Olivia has responded to the leaked paperwork.
"The sealed and private documents that were leaked today are the utmost breach of trust and never intended for public consumption," the rep said in a statement to E! News.
"This private family matter, involving young children, has continued to be a tabloid fixture, and the press coverage dating back a year has been relentless and traumatic."
We do have to admit that we feel badly for Otis and Daisy, who are the ones who stand to suffer the most with all of this public fighting. Hopefully Olivia and Jason can come to a resolution soon.
