Paris Hilton often shares updates on the fun adventures she takes her two little ones on, but this time, she's facing some serious backlash from people who think she's putting them in harm's way. After Paris shared a TikTok video of her son, Phoenix, on a boat without wearing a life jacket, people flooded her with their concerns about his safety. Now, Paris is responding to her critics.

it all started with a TikTok video of Phoenix at sea.
Phoenix, who is now 19 months old, is wandering around a rather large boat (of course, because this is Paris' child we're talking about), splashing in water and generally having a great time.
"Watching Phoenix explore the world has been so special to me!" she wrote.
Commenters wasted no time pointing out how unsafe it was for Phoenix to be on a boat without a life jacket.
"Momma, please have him wear a life jacket always on a boat!! Stuff happens. That’s why they’re called accidents. With love," one person wrote.
Another commenter shared, "My anxiety not seeing him in a life jacket! Can never be too safe on the water!"
Others didn't like that he was even walking on the net over the water.
Paris has already responded to the comments.
Paris returned to the comments of her TikTok video to reassure everyone that Phoenix is doing just fine.
"Hey Mamma’s, thank you for the advice & always caring about my #CutesieCrew," she wrote. "It’s a big boat & my husband and I are following him around everywhere & watching like hawks. My babies are my world!"

Paris usually takes it pretty well when people share their parenting concerns with her.
Back in May, fans were horrified to see that Phoenix and his little sister, 9-month-old London, weren't properly secured in their car seats and appeared to be forward facing much earlier than recommended.
Paris took the negative feedback in stride, changing her car seat setup and, once again, thanking her followers for looking out for her kiddos. "I’m not taking offense. I am a new mom and just learning as I go. So I appreciate advice when it is kind as I’m just trying to be the best mom I can be," she wrote at the time.
She truly does seem to be living her best life as a mom.
It's great she recognizes that people share their concerns about her children's safety from a good place. After all, she waited so long to see her motherhood dreams come true — we'd hate to see anything happen to her precious babies. Water safety is so important!
