After years of talking about how much she wants to be a mom someday, Paris Hilton's dreams finally came true! On Tuesday night, she shocked fans by revealing that she welcomed her first child with husband Carter Reum via surrogate, sharing the first photo of her little one in a sweet Instagram post.

Recently, Paris' mom spoke out about her daughter's challenges in conceiving
In an interview with E! News in November, Kathy Hilton shared how heartbreaking it was to see her 41-year-old daughter struggle to get pregnant.
"It breaks my heart because I know she is trying and trying," she said. "So many people, they struggle, and it doesn't just happen like that."
Shortly afterward, Paris told TMZ that she and Carter had "tons of embryos" waiting in the wings, but little did we know at the time that her surrogate would be about ready to pop!
In 2021, Paris had already started the IVF process
While talking to the Trend With Mara podcast in June 2021, Paris revealed that longtime pal Kim Kardashian (who has welcomed multiple children via surrogate herself) had been helping her with the process, and that she had already undergone several egg retrievals at that point.
It's good to hear that, less than two years later, Paris is officially a new mom.
Congrats to Paris and Carter
This must be such an exciting time for them both — and something that Paris has obviously been looking forward to and actively planning for a very long time.
Fingers crossed that she will share more details soon, including her baby boy's name. Undoubtedly she likely picked out the perfect one!
