There have been a lot of shake-ups over the years when it comes to those who work for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, and now, there's been another big one. Harry and Meghan's chief of staff, Josh Kettler, has reportedly stepped down from his position just three months after he began working with them, and this fresh set of rumors is doing nothing to dispel the rumors the Sussexes may not be the kind of bosses that people want to work for in the long term.

The news of Josh Kettler's departure is sudden.
According to what a source told the Daily Mail, Josh is no longer working for Meghan and Harry, though they didn't share more details about what may have led to his departure than that. The timing seems to be especially bad for the couple, however, because they're set to leave for their tour of Colombia soon — potentially as early as this week.
A former staffer hinted that the work environment may be to blame.
Another insider who claims to have worked for Harry and Meghan in the past claimed that their fellow employees didn't seem to have much job satisfaction.
"What may be most telling is that the entire time I worked there, I don't think I heard a single current or former employee on their staff say they would take the job again if given the chance," the source said.
Meghan and Harry have earned a reputation about being difficult to work for over the years.
Back in April, Samantha Cohen, one of Meghan's former aides — and one of the people involved in Buckingham Palace's investigation into claims that Meghan created a hostile work environment — spoke out in an interview with an Australian news outlet.
"I was only supposed to stay for six months but stayed for 18 — we couldn’t find a replacement for me and when we did, we took them on tour to Africa with Harry and Meghan to show them the ropes but they left (quit) as well while in Africa," she told the Herald Sun.

People Magazine confirmed that Josh has left his position with Meghan and Harry.
According to People's intel, Josh was only hired to work for the Sussexes on a trial basis, and both he and his royal employers decided that he wasn't a good fit as chief of staff.
No word on whether Harry and Meghan have filled the position just yet.
There has been a lot of staff turnover in Meghan and Harry's office.
Although this hasn't been officially confirmed, Newsweek reported that over the past six years, 18 of Meghan and Harry's staff members have chosen to walk away from their jobs, which is surprising, given that working for members of the royal family should be pretty coveted positions that people want to hold onto.
At this point, Meghan and Harry haven't commented on Josh's departure.
