Tensions were running high during Prince William and Prince George’s most recent father-son outing. The Prince of Wales and his 10-year-old son attended the Rugby World Cup over the weekend. Wales, who William has been a long time patron of, was playing Argentina in one of the quarter-final games. Wearing matching navy suits and red ties (a likely nod to Wales), this was the first time that the younger prince has traveled internationally to attend a rugby match in person. Unfortunately, Wales lost and now their journey to the final is over. And it seems like something else was lost: William's temper.

Prince William appeared to scold his eldest son during the outing.

Page Six, among other outlets, has obtained a photo of the Prince of Wales wagging his finger in Prince George’s face as if he was yelling at him during the match. It’s unclear what William’s motivation could have been for the apparent scolding.

According to the outlet, William had a pensive face for much of the game, and his frustration could have something to do with the loss — or literally anything else, since there's no way to know for sure what the future king was actually thinking. Page Six reached out to the prince’s reps for a statement, but have yet to hear back.
