Rebel Wilson and Ramona Agruma are officially married. The couple tied the knot in Sardinia, Italy, on September 28, Rebel announced on Instagram on September 30. She shared an image from their special day, with both the Pitch Perfect actress and her bride wearing white gowns for the occasion. Rebel’s caption for the photo was simple: “Married 💍 Sardinia 28.9.24.” Rebel, 44, and Ramona, 40, announced their engagement in February 2023.

Rebel Wilson first shared a selfie with Ramona in 2022.
Before hard launching her relationship in June 2022, Rebel hinted at a new relationship during an interview with People in May 2022. She told the publication that she had met someone “through a friend.” Without revealing the identity of her new partner at the time, she explained how the relationship felt healthier compared to some of her prior relationships.
“I think going through the process of finding more self-worth, I think that what you want in a partner is elevated and so it’s great to have someone who feels like an equal partner and be in a healthy relationship,” Rebel told People at the time. “There were times — I’m not saying with all my exes, they’re great — but there were some times that I was probably putting up with that I shouldn’t have. So it feels different to be in a really healthy relationship.”
On June 9, 2022, she shared a selfie of her and Ramona on Instagram, captioning it with, “I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess 💗🌈💗#loveislove.”
Several months later, Rebel became a mom.
In November 2022, Rebel shared that she had welcomed her first child via surrogate. In an emotional Instagram post, she said that she was “beyond proud to announce the birth of my first child, Royce Lillian, born this past week via surrogate 💗.”
“I can’t even describe the love I have for her, she’s a beautiful miracle! I am forever grateful to everyone who has been involved, (you know who you are), this has been years in the making…” Rebel continued. “But particularly wanted to thank my gorgeous surrogate who carried her and birthed her with such grace and care. Thank you for helping me start my own family, it’s an amazing gift.”

Rebel and Ramona announced their engagement in February 2023.
On February 19, 2023, Rebel and Ramona revealed that they were engaged. In photos shared on Instagram, Rebel and Ramona wore matching pink and white striped shirts at Disneyland in California. “We said YES! 💗💗,” Rebel captioned the post. In her memoir, Rebel Rising, she shared more details about the proposal.
Describing the special moment, Rebel wrote, “I tell her how special she is to me. And then I get down on one knee and open the ring box. I end with ‘So in this cliché way, on this cliché day, Ramona Agruma, will you marry me?’ ‘Yes,’ she says through the tears streaming down her face.”
Rebel has said that she never felt '100 percent straight.'
In February 2023, Rebel spoke more about her sexuality and the connection she shares with Ramona. “I never thought I was 100 percent straight,” she told People at the time. However, she still recalled feeling “shocked” by how “instant” and “deep” the connection she and Ramona shared was. It was especially surprising, she recalled, given that she “was really looking for a husband, dating about 50 guys in one year.”
“I was always a bit of a girls’ girl and had deep friendships with women, but this was the first time that it was a romantic connection,” she told People at the time. “Then I was like, well, what if that was part of my personality that I was repressing and not exploring?”
They're now enjoying their honeymoon.
Now that Rebel and Ramona are officially married, they’re celebrating in Paris. On October 1, Rebel shared a series of images on Instagram, writing, “Serious honeymooning going on in Paris.” In the photos, Rebel and Ramona are both dressed in all black. In some, they posed in front of the Eiffel Tower at night. On her Instagram Stories, Rebel shared images and videos from Paris Fashion Week.
