Getting to interview amazing women is just one perk of hosting this podcast. I talked to actress and activist Rosario Dawson and C-suite mainstay Cara Kamenev for this episode.
The two women have teamed up to launch Thomas Ashbourne Craft Spirits. The business model includes a team of celebrity partners, including Rosario, who worked on a margarita with Ashley Benson and Vanessa Hudgens. The spirits line also features a Cosmo by Sarah Jessica Parker and an Old Fashioned by John Cena.
And while it may seem like a glamorous, fun time, there was serious work to be done. Cara and Rosario revealed the challenges of being moms and business owners and discussed how they've set a precedent for other moms in the workplace.
