Savannah Chrisley Opens Up About Dating & Caring for Siblings While Parents Are in Prison

Former reality star Savannah Chrisley has been opening up about what life looks like for her, her brother, and her niece now that Todd and Julie Chrisley are behind bars. While things have been unimaginably tough for the Chrisley Knows Best family, it sounds like Savannah has found at least one bright spot: a new love interest.

She dished about the new dude in her life during an appearance on the 'Off the Vine' podcast.

The 25-year-old was chatting with Bachelorette alum Kaitlyn Bristowe about life after her parents headed to lock up when she let it slip that she's dating someone new.

Savannah got candid about how her unusual situation forces her to be a bit more open about what's going on in her life, calling her current custody arrangement a "package deal."

Savannah is now tasked with caring for her 15-year-old brother and 10-year-old niece. Todd and Julie had been given custody of Chloe — who is the daughter of Todd's son Kyle from another marriage — in 2017 and they also needed to make suitable arrangements for her.

"Now I see single moms, like, 'How do you do it?'" Savannah said in her interview.

It sounds like Savannah is bringing her brother and niece along for the ride.

Savannah explained how she includes them in her relationship. "You want to go to dinner? These two are coming along with," she joked.

And her honesty doesn't stop there.

"This is what you're getting into," she continued. "Guess what? There's two kids. My parents aren't in the greatest place in the world right now."

She's shooting for '110% transparency' in this relationship.

Whatever she's doing, it seems to be working, because Savannah shared that her new flame will appear on her upcoming reality show.

That being said, she's still trying to keep their relationship in "a safe place" while it's still so fresh and new.

That, and she has a little apprehension about how the public will treat her new love.

For now it sounds like Savannah is content to keep things quiet.

Savannah may be feeling the love, but she's a little worried that others may be "hateful" about her new development and possibly even comparing her new boyfriend to her ex-fiancé Nic Kerdiles.

We're going to keep our fingers crossed that things go smoothly for Savannah and her mystery man. She's obviously been through enough recently, so maybe she should hold off on making any big announcements until after the dust has settled for Grayson and Chloe first. After that, we're sure fans will welcome her new love interest with open arms.
