It looks like major changes are going to be happening in the Jolie-Pitt family — even as Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's contentious legal battle continues to play out on the public stage. According to a source close to the famous family, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt plans to move in with Brad as soon as she turns 18, even though she's been living with her mom for all of these years. But given everything that's happened between Brad and Angelina in recent years, why has she made this decision now?

Reportedly, Brad was 'ecstatic' when he found out.
"Shiloh isn’t unhappy at Angelina’s, but she’s turning 18 soon and wants to shake things up," a source told In Touch Weekly. "Plus, she adores Brad and has always been daddy’s little girl."
The insider said Brad is (unsurprisingly) open to the idea, but what about Shiloh's mom?
Angelina isn't the biggest fan of the idea.
But still, it sounds like she just wants her daughter to be happy and feel confident in making her own decisions as she's about to become a legal adult.
“Naturally, Angelina wasn’t happy, but she knows Shiloh is a woman now and can make her own decisions," the source added.
Shiloh won't be far from home.
Brad lives in walking distance from Angelina's home, so it's not like Shiloh won't be able to visit her mom and siblings whenever she wants — at least, the ones who still live at home. After all, big sister Zahara is now attending Spelman College in Atlanta.
"Shiloh can walk over at any time to see Angie and her brothers and sisters," the insider added.
Shiloh won't be Brad's only new roommate.
The insider said Brad's girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, is living at his house, too, and so far, his kids haven't gotten to know her very well.
"Things may be a little awkward. It seemed to be a good plan initially, but Shiloh doesn’t even know Ines," the source shared.

Brad and Angelina's legal battle over their French winery isn't coming to an end anytime soon.
Most recently, People reported that Angelina's lawyer claimed in a new filing that the alleged abuse she and her kids suffered at the hands of her ex began earlier than people believed it did.
"While Pitt's history of physical abuse of Jolie started well before the family’s September 2016 plane trip from France to Los Angeles, this flight marked the first time he turned his physical abuse on the children as well. Jolie then immediately left him," the filing noted.
