New mom Sofia Richie is going all out to celebrate her baby girl. Sofia and husband Elliot Grainge welcomed their first child, a daughter named Eloise, in May after announcing her pregnancy with a stylish photo shoot in January. Sofia joins a growing list of celebrity moms welcoming babies this year, and her baby girl is her first child. She's been sharing her excitement about becoming a mom on social media throughout her pregnancy, and now that her baby's here, she decided to welcome her daughter in a big way: with a very lavish party.

The party looked chic.
Sofia threw an outdoor garden party, and she shared photos from the over-the-top event on her Instagram Stories over the weekend. Held on a grassy lawn, the decor featured a long table featuring wooden chairs with lush pink and orange floral centerpieces lined with white ruffled sun umbrellas.
She had an impressive food spread for her guests.
All of the menus and other signage featured the same font as the popular children’s book series Eloise. The menu boasted delicious options such as Garden of Baby Gems salad, cacio e pepe pasta, chicken, and honey caramelized carrots. Other treats included a crepe station that made sweet and savory crepes.

The signature cocktails were luxe and on brand.
There were also several signature cocktails, including the Pump & Dump with tequila, red grapefruit, lime, paprika-cilantro syrup;, and mint the Mama’s Juice, made of vodka, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, strawberry, lemon, and prosecco; and the Papa’s Little Girl, which contained vodka, cucumber, lime, mint, and soda.
And of course, there was a mocktail called the Eloise featuring pineapple ginger beer.
Sofia also asked guests to leave a sweet memory for Eloise.
Another notable feature of the event was a setup where people could leave a little something for Eloise to open when she turns 18. “Give advice, what you see for her future, how you know her parents, whatever you want to share with her,” a sign read. White lined note paper was stocked alongside pink envelopes.
'Best day of my life' was how Sofia described the birth of her daughter.
Sofia and her husband announced the birth of their baby girl last month in a sweet Instagram post. The black and white picture featured Eloise wrapped in a blanket with her feet cupped by both Sofia and Elliot’s hands.
“Eloise Samantha Grainge. 5•20•24. Best day of my life,” Sofia captioned the post.
