When the boys are away, the girls will play — at least, that seems to be the point that Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes were trying to make this weekend! While Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes were in Germany playing with the Kansas City Chiefs, Taylor and Brittany got together for a girls' night in NYC, joined by several of the 1989 (Taylor's Version) singer's most famous friends. It looks like Taylor is really getting into the groove of being a sports girlfriend!

Brittany and Taylor were spotted out and about in New York.
And it looks like Taylor really knows how to pull together a star-studded girls' night, because not only did some of Brittany's friends come along, but so did Sophie Turner, Selena Gomez, and Gigi Hadid. A pretty impressive get-together if you ask us!
It's also worth noting that the dinner conversation had to have been good that night. Taylor, Sophie, and Gigi are all Joe Jonas' exes, and when you add in the fact that Selena once dated Nick, there's no doubt that the tea at that table was piping hot.
They were captured outside a swanky restaurant.
According to Page Six, Taylor, Brittany, and their gang (which included Taylor's longtime friend Cara Delevigne) enjoyed dinner at sushi restaurant Bond Street on Saturday night. Judging by everyone's smiles in the paparazzi photos that are spreading like wildfire online, it looks like they had a great time.
Meanwhile, Brittany and Taylor's men were overseas.
The Kansas City Chiefs were out of the country for a weekend, playing — and winning — against the Miami Dolphins in Frankfurt, Germany.
At a press conference before the game, Travis told the media that he wanted to keep his "personal relationship personal" when he was asked about his new romance, according to People.
"The latest status is I got to see her last week. That's the latest status right there," he said.

Taylor and Brittany seem to have become fast friends.
It appears these ladies hit it off right away as soon as Taylor started appearing at the Kansas City Chiefs games to cheer on her new boyfriend. And because Brittany is married to Travis' teammate, it makes sense that she would be the one to take her under their wing.
Now that they're hanging out outside of the games, it looks like this friendship is the real deal.
Taylor might not have much time to spend with her new BFF for a while, though.
Later this week, the Eras Tour will pick back up in Argentina, with shows throughout the rest of the month. Hopefully, that means that Taylor will get to hang with Travis in December, just in time for the holidays, but we may not get to see her at games again this season.
