The couple have been wanting to expand their family.
In June 2024, an episode showed the couple at a doctor's appointment to learn about options for expanding their family. The 29-year-old mom, who shares three kids with her ex Josh McKee, had her tubes tied in 2018. Although a tubal reversal was presented as an option, Mackenzie had more hope for IVF because the chances of getting pregnant are greater with that process, especially because she has type 1 diabetes.
The process got uncomfortable for Khesanio.
In the new video clip, Mackenzie and Khesanio are seen sitting in the kitchen talking about what need to happen next in the process. "You have to sign paperwork agreeing that they discard the embryos if I die at any point during IVF," Mackenzie says, while her fiancé gives a concerned look. "I just feel weird signing this," he eventually replies. "I just feel weird thinking about it."

Mackenzie worked to convince her partner to sign the paperwork.
In the clip, Mackenzie takes the time to remind her partner of the excruciating process, especially as a diabetic. "I'm growing a whole human and then they cut my body in half, they take all my guts out and then they pull a baby out and then they shove all my guts back in and sew me back together and hope that I live," she says in frustration. "I signed it knowing that's a risk."
Khesanio asked to sign later.
Clearly getting overwhelmed, Khesanio asks if he can sign the paperwork at a different time, but Mackenzie adamantly tells him it needs to be signed at that moment. "Today's the due date," she say, to which he sighs before signing it.
She said IVF is a lot to deal with.
"Doing IVF is not going to be easy on my body," the mom says in another clip by herself. "This is a lot emotionally."
Fans weighed in with their opinions.
"That is literally NOT how a cesarean works⊠do not spread false fear," one person said.
"Your 3 beautiful kiddos need you now, please donât risk your health unnecessarily," another user wrote. "You and your 3 kiddos were whole before you met your partner, you donât need another baby to cement the relationship! Take a breathe lovely lady you alone are enough â€ïž."
