Tori Spelling Forced To Evacuate New Rental Home After SWAT Team Responded to Gun Threat

Tori Spelling can’t seem to shake her bad living situations. First it was a severe case of mold in her home, and lately, she and her five kids have been bouncing around from home to home in a series of unstable living situations, and things have only seemed to get worse since she and husband Dean McDermott split over the summer. The family has been living all over Los Angeles, including at least one motel and an RV campground. No word as to how long they’ve been in this current rental, but this week, they faced a really scary situation that forced them to evacuate.

Tori's rental home was caught in the middle of a hostage situation.

According to multiple reports, a man in the home next to Tori’s claimed to have an AR-15 and had taken someone hostage in his home on Wednesday morning. TMZ reported that the police claim a radio call was made, and they arrived with the SWAT team.

Tori seemed to be by herself — her children weren't spotted at the scene.

Tori and others who lived nearby were ordered to evacuate their homes, which they did quickly. Photos shared by Page Six show Tori, dressed in a tee shirt, jeans, and a beanie, on the street talking with her neighbors. She was also seen running frantically and speaking on the phone.

The whole situation must have been scary, but it seemed to come to a safe resolution.

One person was led out of the home in handcuffs, escorted by police. All news outlets are reporting that only one person left the scene, which is hopefully a sign that no hostages were actually taken.

Thankfully, no one was hurt.

Tori and her kids have had unstable living situations for months.

This is just the latest home- related woe for Tori. In May, she took to Instagram to share with her followers that she and her kids had been forced out of their home due to toxic mold. In the post, she described the "continual spiral of sickness" the family endured before finding out about the mold.

This led to a series of temporary housing situations, including a $100 per night motel and an RV at a campground.

Amidst all of this, her marriage is over, and Dean is moving on.

In June, Spelling’s estranged husband, Dean, shared in a since-deleted Instagram post that he and Spelling were calling it quits after 18 years. He shared that the couple "have decided to go our separate ways and start a new journey of our own."

He was recently spotted holding hands with a new woman.
