If there's one thing that can make or break a beautiful wedding ceremony, it's the vows. Well, for one couple's nuptials, the bride didn't disappoint. Instead of reciting traditional vows or relaying the story of how she and her fiancé fell in love, this fierce woman took the moment to get a little payback after she learned through a series of texts that her fiancé had been cheating on her.
The story of this woman's triumph has since gone viral, and now she's speaking out by sharing why she decided to call him out in front of their loved ones by reading the texts he sent instead of the vows that she'd originally prepared.

The drama began the night before Casey and Alex's wedding.
Speaking with Whimn, Casey changed her former-fiancé's name but shared all of the details. The former bride explained that she'd been hanging out with her girlfriends in a hotel room the night before her big day when at one point her phone began to buzz as she got a slew of messages.
“Phone is running hot tonight,” she recalled one of her bridesmaid's joking.
But when Casey looked at her screen, she saw a series of screenshots from an unknown number. The images were screen grabs of text conversations between Alex and another woman. “I wouldn’t marry him. Will you?” the messenger wrote.
Of course there were also selfies of the pair and some damning messages between Alex and the mystery woman.
“This weekend. You and I. It is on, hot stuff. Bring your A game," one read.
“Your body is f—ing incredible. And s— do you know how to use it. I wish my GF had half the skills you do,” read another.
“I miss you so much. I can’t stop thinking about L, S, F’ing you. I’ve never had this kind of connection before."
The texts and pictures had been taken in the months and days leading up to the wedding. "Every word like a dagger in my heart and my wedding was only hours away," Casey shared. "How could I cancel when everyone had already travelled to be there and everything was paid for?"
Casey's friends told her to dump him immediately but instead, she began to form a plan.
"I burst into shamed and broken tears," Casey recalled. "My girls were threatening all manner of violence against him. They insisted I call him immediately and call the wedding off."
But in the midst of her shock, Casey wasn't sure what to do. She loved Alex, she had wanted to marry him, and she didn't want to make a call in that moment.
"Eventually, we tried to go to bed. I didn’t sleep a wink and when dawn finally broke I awoke the girls and told them my decision — I was going to go ahead with the wedding as expected, and ‘out’ him in front of our friends and family," she said.
'I arrived at the front of the room, took a big breath, and I faced our friends, our parents and I told them the truth about Alex.'
"There will be no wedding today," Casey said in front of her friends, family, and stunned fiancé. "It seems Alex is not who I thought he is."
She then proceeded to read Alex's text messages — every. single. one. — in front of the crowd.
"With each word, more color left Alex’s face," Casey remembered. "I let my weeping eyes rise and meet his, and he had not one thing to say. He stalked out of the church with his best man trailing behind him. His family looked on, horrified."
“I love all of you and as horrible as this is I’m glad you all are here," Casey told the crowd. "There will not be a wedding reception today, but instead, there will be a celebration of honesty, finding true love and following your heart even when it hurts.”
