If you have a teen obsessed with beauty and skin care, you might want to hide this article from them because a resort in Arizona just launched a luxury teen spa, complete with a “wellness” menu,” pampering treatments, and one of the most gorgeous pools I’ve ever seen.
Exhibit A:
Paradise Pool at the Arizona Biltmore Luxury Resort

Seriously, look at that slide.
According to its website, the Arizona Biltmore is a luxury resort that has built “on the legacy of Frank Lloyd Wright’s architectural style” and caters to those “seeking elegant adventures beautifully wrapped in a level of personalized service and attention to detail.”
I mean, I am definitely always seeking elegant adventures, but as the mother of several teenagers, I have to say the particular elegant adventures the resort offers for teens may be a little out of our reach.
The resort announced that it is launching the Tierra Luna Cabana, a luxury spa cabana located outdoors. The adult spa is called the Tierra Luna, so the cabana is the miniature version of the full spa, and it’s conveniently placed poolside.
Speaking of, let’s take another look at that pool, shall we?

Beautiful, right? Anyway, back to business. So this teen-only spa is called the Tierra Luna Spa, and it’s a poolside cabana that offers a “wellness menu” and mini spa treatments for teens 13 to 17 years old.
According to the resort, the “wellness programming” is “focused on relaxation, skin care, and self-care” and includes offerings such as:
- mini facials
- glow-boosting LED light therapy
- after-sun skin repair sessions
- gentlemen’s facials
- personalized tarot card readings
- an aromatic blend bar to create their own body butter, scrub, soak, or crystal-infused rollerball
- wellness products to purchase
I have to say, this teen spa sounds far better than any sort of pampering that I, as an adult mother of five, have enjoyed. If you’re like me and wondering just how luxurious this luxury resort is, I did some research and found that in the summer, prices for a two-person room ranged around $300/night.
Obviously, summer in the Arizona heat may be considered off-season, but if you’re looking for a more affordable way to pamper your teenager or maybe make a quick pre- or post-graduation gift getaway, perhaps a poolside spa cabana is just what you, I mean, your teen, needs.
