ColourPop creates quite a few collaborations with some of our favorite television characters, but it has never gotten more requests than it has for Sailor Moon. The badass yet ever-so-girly superhero is the heroine of everyone's dreams. And now, as we look forward to the weekend, we have something else to look forward to because the collaboration is here and better than we ever could have imagined.

Earlier this week, ColourPop teased that something big was coming.
With a video of the popular anime character Sailor Moon, ColourPop warned of a possible collection inspired by the icon. "Stop stop stop stop I can’t handle this," someone wrote. "IS THIS THE COLLAB I NEVER KNEW I ACTUALLY BEEN WAITING FOR MY WHOLE LIFE?! Yes, IT IS," another commented.

"SAILOR MOON X COLOURPOP," the brand captioned a photo of the collection. "The perfect collection to help you fight evil by moonlight! Launching THURSDAY 2/20 10AM PST! Swipe for more moonlight goodness!"
What was revealed was a colorful selection of a Pretty Guardian Shadow Palette, Moonlight Lip Bundle, Daylight Lip Bundle, Glitterally Obsessed, and two pressed powder blushes.
But not so fast. Unfortunately, it sold out in about 30 minutes.
Just about everything from the collection was wiped from the ColourPop site almost instantly. But no fear, fans of the collection can get on a waitlist for notifications when the collection is inevitably restocked!
