FridaBalls Are Underwear For Dads With Cushioning Where It Counts

Dads everywhere know what it’s like to take an unexpected blow to the nether-regions from a pint-sized human when they least expect it.

It’s not pleasant, and it can cause some serious setbacks to hands-on fathering. A day at the park can quickly turn into pain for a dad who didn’t see that toddler kick coming.

Fortunately, Frida — maker of the infamous Frida snot-sucker — has the perfect solution: FridaBalls kid-proof underwear with cushioning right where it counts.

Somewhere between extra padding and an official cup, FridaBalls are designed to protect the family jewels from even the most wayward of kid karate chops.

To be truthful, I kind of thought the FridBalls underwear were a joke, but Frida is taking dads’ assets very seriously, and the boxer briefs are available for pre-order right now.

The FridaBalls underwear are on sale for preorder right now for $30, with the company urging dads and dads-to-be to “protect their legacies” with a pre-order.

The price tag gets you one pair of FridaBalls, which are designed with:

  • Patent-pending Heirloom Conservation Technology™ (HCT)
  • A reinforced protective pouch to soften unexpected blows
  • Breathable, sweat-wicking fabric for freshness
  • A no-slip waistband

There is clearly some tongue-in-cheek humor surrounding an underwear called FridaBalls, but the company says it is also serious about trying to protect precious male parts. They note that an increase in stay-at-home dads and hands-on fathers = more potential injuries.

Some dads, like Brody Jenner, son of Kris and Caitlyn Jenner, are already putting their FridaBalls underwear to the test — and feeling grateful for the extra protection.

“The family jewels deserve serious protection,” Jenner wrote on his Instagram post showing off his new undies. “Thanks to Fridaballs, I can keep them safe-no matter how many toddler shots to the crotch I take.”

He even added video proof of the FridBalls underwear in action, demonstrating how well they held up to crotch shots and kicks.

Frida apparently first introduced the FridaBalls underwear all the way back in 2017, when the cushioned boxer briefs were limited edition — but they sold out almost immediately.

Now, at long last, the company is bringing them back and they’re here to do their job better than ever.

“4 kids late… I could have used these everyday for the last 18 years. Every. Damn. Day…” commented one father.
