Wedding days are filled with such sweet moments for the couple and the other special people chosen to be a part of their day. When someone captures a glimpse of the day on camera — particularly at a candid or unexpected time — it can make for a great surprise for the couple. It can also turn into an unexpected laugh if something totally hilarious happens and no one realizes it except the photographer. Just ask Brennan Young.
Brennan was recently a groomsman at his friend’s wedding and gathered with the other groomsmen before the ceremony to pray over their buddy, Owen, before his big moment. But Brennan had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction that showed off all his assets, and it quickly went viral, making him the butt of the joke.

It had the makings of a very tender moment.
Brennan was 100% into the prayer with his friends. His pants, however, were not really behaving. He explained in a now-viral TikTok on his page, @brennanyoungin, that it was a wholesome moment that he unintentionally ruined by giving himself the world’s most epic wedgie.
“I tried to pull up my pants to that they would fit better on my ankles, which they do, but as you can tell, my butt looked like that the entire night,” he explains.
Brennan had no idea.
He went on about his business at the wedding and didn’t know the whole world thought he was looking bootylicious until Owen sent a text with the pic the following day and wrote, “Benny is cheeked up.”
He jokes that he is never pulling up his pants again, and this was “a great photo that was ruined because of my butt!”
TikTokers blamed the photographer.
That was a wedgie of epic proportions, and people were shocked the photographer didn’t say anything.
One person wrote, “The photographer was so s—-y for not making you move to the other side .”
And a lot of people thought it was intentional. “That photographer knew what they were doing,” another person commented.
“Photographer did you dirty ,” someone else wrote.
But more people loved it.
They were impressed by Brennan’s physique.
One person wrote, “That a– makes the picture 10x better.”
Plenty agreed. “When the groomsman is responsible for bringing the [wedding] cake,” a comment reads.
“The 3 of you look great,” another person wrote.

If you can’t laugh, you’ll cry, right?
Brennan has a great sense of humor about the situation and captioned the video, “I’m never pulling up my pants ever again. I blame Men’s Wearhouse. It’s not me OR my butt’s fault! I hate that someone captured this. I’ll never live it down.”
He told People that he was embarrassed but had to make a joke out of the whole thing. “If you can’t laugh at it, you are too hard on yourself,” he explains. “Everything should be viewed as good fun. If you have a public wardrobe malfunction, do your part in making it memorable. It’s not worth the embarrassment unless you can laugh it off!”
