In what she thought was going to be the traditional Christmas dinner, surrounded by family and friends, beauty influencer Makeup Shayla was asked by her longtime boyfriend Les to marry him. The holiday proposal took place around several of her cousins, whom Shayla posted throughout the day, and her father.
Of course, everybody was jumping for joy.
"Makeup Shayla and her boo finally got engaged Christmas engagements are so sweet," a fan tweeted. But it wasn't just fans. Fellow influencers also fell into an outpouring of support. "YAYYYY CONGRATULATIONS TO MY FAVS! So happy for you both! Big celebrations to come!!" Chloe Morello wrote to Shayla. "Girl I have been smiling all day because of this!! I’m so beyond happy for you guys! Matched made in heaven! Congratulations," Desi Perkins said to her friends.
The two have addressed marriage in the past.
After years of dating, the two revealed that they've often been pressured to get married, but were taking things at their own pace. Well, perfect timing, Les! We love Christmas proposals, and you two make a beautiful couple.
