The Internet is abuzz with talk of a beloved Meghan Markle perfume, so we had to check it out for ourselves. Many of us have our own opinions about Meghan, from her recently launched As Ever brand to her various podcast appearances.
But one thing just about every mom can appreciate about Meghan is a tip on her favorite perfume that’s fit for royalty. And even better? It’s available on Amazon.
US Magazine reported that on her pre-royalty lifestyle blog, The Tig, Meghan once revealed that her favorite daytime scent was a perfume called Oribe Cote d’Azur Eau de Parfum.
The brand is apparently famous for a popular shampoo of the same name, which devotees flock to for its signature scent. And although they may be royal-ready, both beloved products are available on Amazon.
Oribe Signature Shampoo

The Oribe Signature Shampoo states that it’s a “daily indulgence” right on the front of the bottle, and at 50 bucks a bottle, it certainly is.
The shampoo is known for its beachy, clean scent that is luxurious but not overpowering, and based on reviews, the Oribe perfume that Meghan favors has a similar scent profile.
Oribe Cote d'Azur Eau de Parfum

The scent is listed as bergamot, which is citrusy, with hints of white butterfly jasmine, or la mariposa blanca, the Cuban national flower.
Like other expensive perfumes, the scent is layered, with top, middle, and down notes, to create an individualized scent profile that can shift throughout the day or night for the perfume-wearer.
“Lovely, lovely fresh, clean fragrance,” described one shopper. “The perfectly blended combination of White Butterfly Jasmine, Sandalwood, and fresh Bergamot is exquisite.”

Shoppers also commented on how just the bottle and packaging alone make them feel almost like royalty, and for $135, a 2.5-ounce bottle of perfume that a duchess once favored doesn’t seem like that bad of a deal, while others claimed the high price tag was justified.
“[It’s] pricey but worth it!” gushed one shopper.
The perfume has almost all four- and five-star reviews on Amazon, with some shoppers saying their only complaint is that the scent doesn’t last as long as they would like.
One shopper claimed that the key to getting the fragrance to last, however, is in layering the perfume so each note can be revealed as the day goes on.
To be completely honest with you, I have never once been tempted to buy anything Meghan Markle has recommended, edible sprinkles or not, but this perfume definitely has me intrigued.
Travel Cote d'Azur Eau de Parfum

If you’re equally as intrigued and curious about trying the royal-approved scent but lack the royal-backed bank account, Amazon also sells a travel-sized version of the Oribe perfume.
For $36, you can try the scent at a much nicer price.
