You ever see someone with skin so beautiful you can't help but grit your teeth in jealousy? That's what's happening to me right now upon discovering Michele Manteaw, otherwise known as melaninmiche on social media.
She uploaded her makeup routine for glowing winter skin, and now the entirety of Reddit is demanding her to reveal what kinds of witchcraft she did to get away with having such amazing skin. Luckily for us, Manteaw revealed her skin and makeup routines in the thread, and they're actually rather simple.
Meet Michele Manteaw, a London-based woman who goes by melaninmichie on YouTube and Instagram.

I know, right? Whatever she's doing with her skin and makeup routines is clearly working. Working really, really well.
She posted these selfies from her "Glowy Winter Makeup on Dark Skin" routine to the Reddit thread r/MakeupAddiction, and pretty much everyone agrees that they want whatever she's using on her face.

The post has now garnered hundreds of comments and has been upliked more than 16,000 at a rate of 98%. If that's not BDE, I don't know what is.
"Hand over the secret formula!" one Redditor wrote.

Someone else followed with a Spongebob reference that actually made me cry from laughing too hard. Krabby Patty secret formula, anyone?
"Please come over and do a skin care night with me," another posted. "I'll have wine ready."

This sounds like a description of a night I could really get onboard with.
After more than a few people asked about Manteaw's skin and makeup routines, she dropped all the details on both.

Manteaw uses a lot of products, but the routines and products themselves are actually quite simple. In fact, you're probably already using a few, if not a lot, of them.
For a base of smooth skin, Manteaw swears by a combination of intense hydration, gentle daily cleansing, sheet masks, and an adjusted diet.

I know this is a huge bummer, but cutting down on your intake on cheese and other dairy products significantly decreases your chances of breaking out. Many Redditors with acne agreed with Manteaw's advice on that one.
She wrote that Lush Cosmetic's Full of Grace Serum Bar ($17, Lush) is her holy grail product.

And it's clear to see why — this solid face serum contains a bunch of tropical butters, chamomile, and mushroom extract that soothe inflammation and hydrate deep beneath the skin.
Her makeup routine is a little more complex, however.

Any time you see someone with flawless, glowing skin, just know that they're probably wearing this much makeup in reality.
Some of her favorite products for natural-looking finishes include NARS Sheer Glow Foundation ($47, Sephora) ...

This foundation is a favorite among longtime makeup lovers because it has one of the most natural medium-coverage finishes you can find at Sephora.
Benefit Precisely My Brow Pencil ($24, Sephora) ...

Precisely My Brow's sharp, retractable tip can give off a microbladed effect when applied with light, upward strokes.
Juvia's Place The Saharan Blush Palette Volume 2 ($18, Ulta) ...

This black-owned indie brand is a massive hit, especially among women of color, for its rich pigments in shades that complement deep skin tones best.
Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb ($18, Sephora)

Because of course. Who doesn't love this hydrating, stick-free, and universally flattering lip gloss formula designed by God aka Rihanna?
You can watch Manteaw use all these products together in her video tutorial for the look.
Honestly, I stan already. She's so cute! Her accent!
The result? THAT GLOW, THO.

I'm taking all these tips and product recommendations and am putting them to good use pronto. Glowing winter skin, here I come.
