10 little ways we keep ourselves hidden because of fear

I started my self-love journey almost six years ago, and to this day I work on it daily.

It's so engraved in our brains that we have to look a certain way to leave the house, be around people, or even have our photo taken. We get so caught up with trying to be good enough or blend in, that we don't even realize we're hiding in plain sight.  

Here are some of the ways we keep ourselves hidden without even a second thought.

Using a pillow to cover your stomach when you sit down.

Don't stress out trying to be a better version of yourself. Who you are today is more than enough.
