A woman reportedly discovered her husband was cheating after being introduced to his “wife” at the hospital after he had a heart attack, and a TikTok video recounting the incident has gone viral. In June, a woman on TikTok with the user name @haobahaoba001 shared the jaw-dropping story of how she learned of her spouse’s infidelity following a medical emergency.
“My husband had a heart attack this morning, and you’re probably wondering, ‘Why are you smiling? That’s horrible,'” she began in the video. “Yeah, it is. Except for the fact that he accidentally put down his girlfriend as an emergency contact on one of the forms.”
The woman added, “So not only did they call me and let me know that my husband and father of my children is in the hospital for having a heart attack, they went ahead and let her know that he was in the hospital.”
Evidently, the TikToker showed up with her kids at the hospital, and suddenly, another woman was let into the room.
She explained, “‘They let her in and they go, ‘Hey, here’s his wife.’ And I look at the nurse. The nurse has not been in there before, like it’s not her fault. She didn’t know that I was the wife or in there. It was some other nurse mix-up.”
The actual wife continued, “This woman walks in, she’s like, ‘Hi, honey.’ And I’m like, ‘Wait, wait, you’re not the wife because I’m the wife.'” Eventually, the mystery woman said she was his girlfriend.
“And he’s just sitting there, and you can just see the monitor — like, that heart, he’s going to have another heart attack,” the TikTok user concluded.
In the comments, TikTok users were all thinking the same thing.
“Ok, this is coming from someone that worked in the hospital,” one person prefaced. “Those nurses did you a favor. Because everybody that worked on that floor knew. And that was their way of telling you.”
Another commenter echoed, “I work at a hospital. They absolutely knew.”
Someone else agreed, writing, “The nurse knew lol. She was just helping expose him,” as yet another commented, “Nursing staff: 🍿🍿🍿.”
“They knew, the whole ER knew, they were helping you out. Take them food as a thank you. 😂,” a different TikTok user commented.
Meanwhile, yet another person joked, “God exposed him through a heart attack. 😂.”
