A new mom in Louisiana was allegedly raped by a man who she believed was a friend. The man, Cecil Fuller, now has been arrested. Rape is a disgusting act no matter what, but knowing Fuller’s motivation is shocking. He allegedly made comments about wanting to drink her breast milk. Naturally, the woman rebuffed his proposition, especially because she had only recently given birth weeks before. Apparently, Fuller didn’t take the rejection well. The woman was brave enough to report what happened to her to the police, which led to Fuller’s arrest.
On August 5, 2025, officers from the West Monroe Police Department were called after a woman reported having been raped, according to KTVE. Police were called to Glenwood Regional Medical Center after the rape was reported.
During an interview with police, the woman revealed that 38-year-old Fuller had been her friend for 10 years. He allegedly showed up at her home around 4:30 a.m., according to court documents, KTVE reported.
The woman told police Fuller made comments to her about wanting to drink her breast milk. Disgusted by his remarks, the woman went to her bedroom to get away from him, but he followed her. She told him that not only was she not interested in him but also reminded him she had only given birth two weeks prior.
Fuller then allegedly molested and raped her. He only stopped when he heard her baby crying. According to KNOE, Fuller choked the woman during the act, making her unable to breathe.
Fuller was arrested and taken to Ouachita Correctional Center, where he was booked on a charge of second-degree rape. He is being held without bond.
