The body of Anmol Bajwa, 36, was found at a playground minutes away from his home in Mambourin, Melbourne, around 7:30 a.m. on the morning of January 22, 2025, 9News reported. According to his family, the father was picked up the night before, and he never came home.

Anmol Bajwa was a father of two young children, ages 6 and 4. Originally from India, he moved to Australia with his brother Amandeep Bajwa in 2009 “for a better life.”

“We never would have thought it would be happening to us … I can’t believe he is not around,” Amandeep Bajwa told 9News.

The brother claims that he cannot figure out why anyone would want to kill the father. “He never fight with anyone, he was always chilling,” he said.
