We don’t know about you, but we love a good "Karen" story, and this one out of Utah, is pretty bonkers. A group of teenagers was enjoying a night out at the Sakura Japanese Steakhouse in St. George, Utah, on April 20, when a woman approached them and allegedly started giving her unsolicited opinions about their clothing.
Ida Ann Lorenzo, 48, seemingly didn’t approve of one of the girls' outfits and made it well-known to everyone in the room, but she didn’t stop with just words; Lorenzo allegedly got physical.
Lorenzo reportedly pulled the girl’s skirt down and threatened to call authorities, according to ABC 4. She did, in fact, call the police, and the teens posted the video on TikTok, where it garnered 2.4 million views.
The teenager contacted the police as well and accused Lorenzo of sexual assault. Lorenzo was subsequently arrested and taken to Purgatory Correctional Facility in Hurricane, Utah.

Lorenzo allegedly made some claims about her employer and the power that gave her.
In the video, which reportedly picks up after she pulled down the teen’s skirt, Lorenzo tells the teens she works for the state and makes a threat. “If I have to watch your a–cheeks hanging out again, I will call CPS,” she warns.
The teens tell her to do it because their friend is “over 18,” and if Lorenzo doesn’t like it, she can just look away.
The incident prompted Lorenzo to call 911.
According to a probable cause statement obtained by ABC 4, Lorenzo contacted police about the incident because, according to her, the teen had her skirt “hiked above her vagina and butt,” which exposed her pubic hair. Lorenzo claimed no one around her reacted, so she pulled the teen's skirt down at the busy restaurant where there were apparently children present.
The video made its way to TikTok.
It was posted on the account @ccsnowwww, where it quickly went viral and apparently caught Lorenzo’s attention. She reportedly contacted 911 a second time and claimed the video was a “threat on her life,” according to court docs, because she worked for the state and was accused of a crime of a sexual nature.
Per a police report obtained by ABC 4, she spoke with police and allegedly admitted to touching the skirt but denied any type of assault. The officer reportedly told her that what she had done was criminal behavior and inappropriate.

The viral video caught the attention of millions, who overwhelmingly sided with the teen. Many people questioned her logic.
“So she thought it was OK to put her hands on someone she thought was a minor???” someone asked.
This person agreed, writing, "‘You're probably underage’ and then proceeds to basically assault her by grabbing at her clothes .”
It didn’t make much sense to some people.
“so she thought the friend was a kid and put her hands on them, but also forcibly exposed them to a room full of adults!?? call the cops and press charges," one person wrote.
Several just wanted to be sure the teen was OK.
"That poor girl I hope you’re OK. That’s so humiliating and frustrating," another comment reads.

The teen decided to file a report herself.
The teenager filed a report with police and reportedly showed officers a video of her in the outfit filmed the night of the alleged incident and claimed that she was wearing underwear and there was no way her pubic hair was exposed, according to ABC 4. Police arrested Lorenzo, and she was charged with a misdemeanor.
