There are few people more vengeful than a child who has been “wronged” by their parents. Some kids will even kill their parents because they don’t agree with the rules, as headlines have declared through the ages. But not all kids are cold-blooded killers. Most know that there are less deadly — and more hilarious — ways to teach their parents a lesson. They might even want to take a lesson from a 911 call recently placed by a Wisconsin preschooler. The little one wanted his mom to know that he wouldn’t easily forget that she ate his favorite frozen treat.
WTMJ reported about the 911 call. The 4-year-old called police to report his mom for eating his ice cream. The news outlet shared a transcript of the endearing exchange:
Dispatch: “Hello, this is Racine County 911. What’s the address of the emergency?”
Boy: “My mom is being bad.”
Dispatch: “OK, what’s going on?”
Boy: “Come and get my mommy.”
Dispatch: “OK, what’s going on?”
Boy: “Come get my mommy.”
Dispatch: “Do you know your — Hi, what’s going on over there?”
Woman: “Oh, this little one got the phone, and he’s 4.”
Dispatch: “OK.”
Woman: “And so we’re trying to catch him because he said he was gonna call 911.”
Boy: “No — I called the police and I just told her to come and get my mommy … and I just told her to put her to jail. So leave me alone.”
Woman: “I ate his ice cream, so that’s probably why he’s calling 911.”
The Mount Pleasant Police posted about the incident on their Facebook page, sharing a picture of the boy and the responding officers. According to the post, when the officers arrived at the home, the little boy no longer wanted them to take his mommy to jail. He did however, still want his ice cream.
The next day, officers Gardinier and Ostergaard returned, bringing a sweet treat for the little one!
People in the comments of the Facebook post were tickled by the entire story. “That’s my son for you,” his mom wrote.
“I’m not saying he right all I’m saying is I understand,” another person wrote.
“At least he dropped the charges ,” someone else added.
“If I was waiting on some ice cream I left for later and came back to it eaten, I too might have took similar actions for such heinous crimes,” another commenter wrote, adding a crying emoji.
“I’m not gonna agree but I’m not gonna disagree either but all imma say is you done well lil man you done well,” someone else chimed in.
