Dad Believes 9-Year-Old Daughter Was Actually Possessed by a Demon During Severe Anxiety Attack

Having a child who struggles with their mental health is hard for a parent. You have to be present for your child during those moments, and it can be challenging. But at the end of the day, your child needs you. Dad Blake Prime has been present for his daughter as she has dealt with anxiety, but there was one time in particular he really stepped up for her.

The dad believes that during what he describes as a particularly intense anxiety attack, his daughter became possessed by a demon. And in that moment, he sprang into action the best way he could, by being there and pushing through it with her.

Prime spoke about the experience on the podcast Strange Encounters. He explained that his 9-year-old daughter Lane began dealing with “crippling” anxiety after the death of a family member. Things only got worse for her when her older sister received a Type 1 diabetes diagnosis.

The dad noticed “something very dark” in his daughter as they would talk about her anxiety. According to Prime, Lane would tell him “it’s like it’s not me” when it came to her anxious thoughts. The girl was aware of the ways that her anxiety manifested within her.

“When I’m at school and I’m on the playground, it’s like I look out and all my friends are in the light and I’m stuck in the dark,” Lane said.

One day on the drive to school, Lane had what Prime called a “12 out of 10” panic attack. “We’re in the the truck driving to school, and she is hysterical. Then all of a sudden, she puts one hand on the console, one hand on the door, and it’s like something takes over her body, and she pushes back into the seat and her eyes are looking up, and they essentially roll in the back of her head,” he explained. “What I was looking at was not my baby girl.”

In that moment, the dad turned to his belief in Jesus to try to help his daughter. “I was speaking life, and I was not jokingly saying, ‘Not today, Satan,'” he claimed. After speaking several affirmations, Blake Prime noticed a change in his daughter.

“It was like a movie scene. She sat straight up, and she looked at me. She said, ‘Are we going to school?'” Prime believes he was able to drive the demon out of his daughter at that time.

While his daughter still struggles with anxiety, Prime says they have a better handle on dealing with it.
