Couple Accused of Tying Down Young Kids & Tattooing Them, Then Trying To Remove Inked Skin

A mother and stepfather were arrested in Zavalla, Texas, after the pair allegedly tattooed the woman's young children. Megan Farr, 27, and Gunnar Farr, 23, allegedly tortured a 9-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl by tying them down and covering their mouths and eyes while they permanently inked the children's bodies. Their biological father saw the tattoos and contacted Child Protective Services.

Today, the children's father and his wife are trying to raise funds to cover legal costs as they battle for custody of the children, who are currently in CPS custody. The couple wants justice for the little ones, who they say were "mutilated" by their mother and stepfather.

The children's mother reportedly laughed when confronted by their father.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by KTRE, the incident happened in Angelina County, Texas. The children's father, Johnny Allen, and his wife, Morgan Allen, saw the tattoos on the children's bodies and asked Megan Farr about them. Johnny Allen told police the mother laughed about it and drove away. He then contacted police, who conducted interviews with the children.

"There were forensic interviews with the children and a lot of the information from the forensic interviews was used in this investigation," interim Zavalla Police Chief Lt. James Denby told KTRE.

The parents allegedly tried to cover up their work.

The arrest affidavit states that after Johnny Allen asked about the tattoos and CPS became involved, the parents tried to remove any evidence of the tattoos. They allegedly tried to cut and scrape the markings away and tried to remove the ink with lemon juice.

Denby reported a tattoo gun was surrendered to investigators after the couple's arrest. "Someone came forward and turned in a tattoo kit that she claimed was loaned to Gunner to perform tattoos. She didn't know it was going to be performed on a child," he said, according to KTRE.

Morgan Allen offered details about the tattoos.

In an effort to raise money for legal expenses, Morgan Allen created a GoFundMe page. She alleges the children underwent the painful procedures at their mother's home.

"Upon investigation, both children had suffered the pain of receiving real tattoos while at their mother's residence. Ensliey a small heart on the top of her foot. Leland a "flea" tattoo on the back of his arm. As the investigation proceeded, the area where Ensliey's tattoo WAS had became a very gruesome sore in the shape of a triangle. The following day the tattoo area had been altered again. This time it was a perfect square with straight edges and much deeper than previously before. CPS finally removed the children after the area had been mutilated the third time," she claims.

She shares that even though the children are safe with CPS, she wants them home with her and their father.

There are four children involved in the CPS case.

According to Morgan Allen, CPS removed four children from the home and does not want to separate them. That's reportedly the reason the two children have not been given to their biological father. Allen wrote on the GoFundMe page that the other children are just 1 year old and 5 months old.

"These babies need more voice's speaking out for them and I'm asking for you to use yours as well. I'm only on person but these are four children who need our town, county, state and country to fight for them," she wrote. The GoFundMe has raised more than $1,1000 thus far.
