Deputies from the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office performed a welfare check at a mansion in Bonanza, Arkansas, on December 3, 2025. Inside, they found the bodies of 40-year-old Charity Beallis and her 6-year-old twins, Eliana and Maverick, dead from apparent gunshot wounds. The deaths came one day after a court finalized Charity Beallis’ divorce from her husband, Dr. Randall Beallis. The pair reportedly had a tumultuous marriage that included police arresting Randall Beallis for domestic violence. Many speculate Randall Beallis killed his wife and children, but he has not been formally charged. Instead, a court gave him possession of their children’s bodies, and Charity Beallis was buried alone.
John Powell, Charity Beallis’ surviving adult son, wanted to bury his mother and her young twins together. Instead, a court decided the children’s remains would go to their father. The ruling broke Powell’s heart.
“It’s sickening. I was hoping to have them all in the same place, as they deserved and how they would have wanted it. It’s just been a lot,” Powell told Daily Mail. “I don’t even know if the kids have been buried, or cremated, or where they may be. I don’t know anything at the moment, because [Randall] has told me nothing. It’s heartbreaking.”
The Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office declined to comment on the case or state whether Randall Beallis is a suspect. Unfortunately for him, his past behavior does not put him in a favorable light. Per online records, police arrested him in February 2025 for domestic battery, aggravated assault on a family member, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
There’s also a viral video that appears to show Randall Beallis slashing a truck’s tires as he and Charity Beallis each carry one of the twins. The truck allegedly belonged to Charity Beallis’ son, who says, “My truck, in my name. I paid for it.” As he slashes all four tires, Randall Beallis says, “It’s called being the parent, bud.”
The deaths remain under investigation, but Randall Beallis maintains his innocence.
‘We hope that the Sheriff’s office finds the truth about what happened to Mrs. Charity Beallis and their children. Mr. Beallis was not responsible for the death of Mrs. Beallis nor his children’s deaths, Randall Beallis’ attorney, Michael Pierce, told Daily Mail.
For the sake of this family, we hope he’s telling the truth. But something just isn’t sitting right with this story.
