What to Know
People were convinced that there would come a day when Donald Trump‘s supporters would admit their mistake in voting for him, and that day has arrived. Well, sort of. An account on X (formerly Twitter) shared a video where a reporter asks Trump voters what they think of him now. One woman admits that she regrets voting for Trump three separate times.
She isn’t the only Trump supporter who has seen the error of her ways in the midst of the United States’ involvement in the conflict in Iran, rising gas prices, and all of the other troubles that Trump’s critics blame him for. Now, some of his most devout supporters are also in the camp of blaming Trump for, well, everything that is legitimately his fault. Imagine that.
The woman said she voted for Trump three times.
Reporter: If you could say something to Trump, what would it be?

PA voter: You’re a worthless pile of sh*t.
Reporter: How many times did you vote for him?
PA voter: 3 times. That was my bad. Apparently I’m an idiot.

No, the underworld has not frozen over, and no, this isn’t a prank. In the video on X, the woman who is interviewed by the reporter admits to voting for Trump multiple times and immediately says, “That was my bad. Apparently, I’m an idiot.” She also says that, if given the chance to speak directly to Trump, she would tell him, “You are a worthless pile of s–t.” So yeah, there you have it.
Even though she has apparently seen the light, those who have opposed Trump all along aren’t letting her off the hook that easily.
“Three votes. Not once. Not twice. THREE times,” one user responded to the video. “And now he’s ‘worthless’? This is what happens when people ignore the damage…until it hits them personally.”
Another user responded, “I wish I could feel sympathy for people who voted for Trump three times, knowing over and over again that he is corrupt, cruel, and unfit for office. But I really can’t. You reap what you sow.”
In a longer clip on TikTok from the same video, the woman says that the war in Iran is “not our war.” It’s another reason why she apparently regrets her vote (or, excuse me, multiple votes) for Trump as the president.
People applauded her for coming around and admitting her mistake.

Although some Trump haters don’t want to claim her to their side just yet, others are willing to welcome her and former Trump supporters like her with open arms.
“At least they’re able to recognize they’re own stupidity, that’s more self reflection than most Trump voters are capable of,” an X user responded on the X post.
Someone else added, “These kinds of people are redeemable. It takes a lot of emotional power to admit getting fooled by a conman.” Others applauded her “self-reflection” during a time when Trump’s decisions are questionable, apparently even to those who voted for all he stands for.
Still, some believe that this woman and people like her will still place their faith in the hand of another GOP candidate, even if that person has nothing to do with Trump. Can it really get any worse than Trump, especially according to those who oppose him?
Other former Trump supporters have done the same.
Wow. This is the first I have seen of this in 9 years. A MAGA voter that is actually remorseful.

On TikTok, MS NOW spoke to an apparent former Trump supporter about gas prices and Trump in office. In the video, the man admits to missing “Uncle Joe,” or Joe Biden. He says that when Biden was president, he was more financially stable than he is now, which he seems to blame on Trump’s decisions for the economy.
In another video on X, a man admits that voting for Trump was “the worst decision” he has ever made. He now regrets voting for Trump. Does that mean people should be quick to forgive these former MAGA members and move forward Some say that forgiving them is pointless if they are going to eventually vote for someone like Trump anyway. But maybe the important thing is knowing they were wrong. And, like G.I. Joe once said, knowing is half the battle. Or something like that.
