Kourtney Kardashian may have thought she was just sharing vacation photos, but instead, she opened herself up to a lot of unexpected criticism. After Kourtney shared photos from her 2025 family vacation to Salem, Massachusetts, on Instagram, her followers have a lot of questions about the way she dresses her son, Rocky, who is now 2 years old. Some people think the style she’s chosen for him is completely inappropriate for his age.

The photos, which Kourtney shared for the first time earlier this month, show Kourtney, husband Travis Barker, and son Rocky walking around the famous town, seeing the sights, from graveyards to black cats and everything spooky in between.
Though Rocky’s face is obscured in the pictures (as usual), we can see that he’s dressed a little differently than most toddlers his age. In one photo, he’s walking down the sidewalk, holding hands with his parents, and he’s wearing an oversized camo T-shirt with baggy red shorts and black and white Vans — very much something his dad would wear. In one photo, he’s also wearing a skull-patterned headscarf.
People are unimpressed with the way Kourtney dresses her youngest son.
When these photos were taken, Rocky was just shy of 2 years old, and for that reason, many commenters don’t think Kourtney should dress him this way. Not just the style, but also the clothes that appear to be several sizes too big for him.
“Omg dressed the baby like baggy clothes like his father,” one commenter said, adding several thumbs-down emojis.
Another person wrote, “Maybe u could buy some clothes that fit him.”
Solid suggestion, but probably not one that Kourtney is going to listen to…
Her followers aren’t much happier about the way she dresses herself, either.
People also made it clear that they don’t like how Kourtney has changed since she’s been with Travis, accusing her of changing depending on who she’s with at the time.
“I saw this thing once about how Kourtney takes on the persona of whoever she is with & I actually completely see it now too,” one person remarked.
Someone else added, “The ‘I’m a goth girl now, I love to wear black all day’ phase looks so ridiculous in middle age.”
Kourtney definitely seems to have changed a lot over the past few years, and it’s impossible not to notice how Travis has influenced her style. But does she actually like the goth vibes, or is she doing it to please her husband?
Either way, would it kill her to buy Rocky a Bluey t-shirt?
