Alana took to her Instagram Stories to address fans and to let them know that the family had already begun to rally around Anna. "And this is what I mean when I say you never truly know what someone is going through at home," Alana began a caption that was added to a screenshot from the TMZ story.

She seemed to be hinting in the statement at the recent hot water she found herself in.

Alana continued to remind people that no matter how famous someone is, very real stuff can be happening in the background.

"Yes, I'm very famous but normal s— happens to me and my family and y'all need to realize that asap," she continued in what appeared to be a deflection from a viral clip that prompted fans to accuse her of racism for her response to accusations of being "ghetto."

Mama June also shared the screenshot as well as a link to the story.

On Facebook, Mama June called the journey from diagnosis "very emotional" via InTouch Weekly.

"We are sticking together," she wrote, adding that she and husband Justin Stroud are "doing everything we can do and to be there for Anna and [boyfriend Eldridge Toney]."

"Just pray for all of us especially her girls," she continued. "We appreciate y'all so much."

Anna's diagnosis includes some sad news about how far her cancer has spread.

According to the family sources who spoke with TMZ, Anna's adrenal cancer has spread to her kidney, liver, and lung.

The rare form of cancer is often curable when caught early, but because the cancer has spread, it appears Anna's prognosis may be a bit grimmer than the family would like.

The chemo has caused Anna to start losing her hair.

Anna has two young children, which likely makes undergoing treatment hard. According to an update from TMZ, Anna has begun losing her hair and is struggling to sleep through the night.

Our thoughts are with Anna and her family right now. Hopefully they're all pitching in to help the 28-year-old work her way through this so she can come out healthy on the other side.
