It looks like Ben Affleck can add something else to his laundry list of talents. The Air director showed off his Spanish skills during a chat with Spanish radio station La Cadena SER. Apparently, the internet had forgotten Ben is fluent in Spanish because they hilariously lost their collective minds after watching footage from the interview.

La Cadena SER posted a portion of the impressive interview on its TikTok.
The interview had been filmed and ended up on social media, where it quickly went viral. People couldn't get over the way Ben casually chatted up his new flick in Spanish, even appearing to be comfortable enough with the language to crack a few jokes.
Several TikTokers congratulated Ben for his ability to go from English to Spanish with ease, while others made a few jokes about the Batman star.
Fans had a great appreciation for Ben's skill with the language.
The Boston native drew praise and jokes in the comments of the clip. "The switch from Ben to Benito," one person quipped.
Another pointed out how much more appealing it made the sometimes unhappy looking star. "Why is he so much more attractive when speaking Spanish," they asked. "He even looks happier."
There were even a few comparisons between his Spanish skills and his wife's.
Last summer, Ben finally got hitched to pop star Jennifer Lopez, whose parents both moved to the US from Puerto Rico before she was born.
People couldn't help but point out how much more fluent Ben appeared to be than Jennifer, sparking a wave of jokes at Jennifer's expense.
"But damn he speaks better than J.Lo," one person wrote.
"So glad J.Lo has someone to translate for her," another joked.
Ben's Spanish skills are actually old news.
In 2020, Ben sat down with Kelly Clarkson and opened up about how he learned the language when he was filming a television show in Mexico at the age of 13.
While that helped him immerse himself in the language, it seems like the thing that really helped him develop fluency was a bit of competition. When Ben's daughter Violet started taking Spanish classes in school, Ben brushed up on the language so she wouldn't become better speaker.
"I don't mind that I can't do your math homework, but you are not gonna be better at Spanish than me," he joked with Kelly.
The verdict is in and people want more Benito.
Fans are excited about having the chance to see Ben rock his Spanish skills, and we can't say that we blame them.
Who knows — maybe we'll get to see Ben show off his language abilities in an upcoming project one day. We have a hunch that people would get a kick out of seeing Benito up there on the big screen.
