It’s been almost 20 years since Carrie Underwood made us fall in love with her on American Idol, so of course, she’s changed in that time — it’s called aging, and it happens to us all! But after she shared new photos on Instagram, fans are concerned about her appearance, and some are even going as far as calling her “unrecognizable.”

Carrie shared photos from a recent fishing trip.
She and husband Mike Fisher headed out on the water during a trip to Montana, and Carrie can be seen looking far more casual than usual as she holds up fish she caught during the outing.
“Had the BEST day today fly fishing in Montana! Thanks to our epic guide, Jason, for the expertise! What a day!” she wrote in her post.
Commenters immediately pointed out how different Carrie looks.
Of course, she is a lot more dressed down (and less glam) than she is normally, but some of her followers think more is going on behind the scenes to change her appearance, with many speculating that she’s recently gone under the knife.
“Love Carrie but she needs to stop with all the facial and teeth enhancements. She was so beautiful before and didn’t need to join the world of ‘unnatural beauty,'” one person wrote.
Another commenter added, “She does look different. Still absolutely beautiful! Did she get her teeth done? Not putting her down just wondering.”
Other fans came to Carrie's defense.
Some of her fans complimented her natural beauty, with one person writing, “Can this grown woman post without someone commenting on her looks? Ya’ll need to worry about yourself and not Carrie Underwood’s teeth. Good lord.”
“I would NEVER look as good as those two if I was fishing. LOL,” another one of her followers wrote.

This isn't the first time Carrie's been hit with cosmetic surgery rumors recently.
In fact, in July, a source claiming to be close to the singer told Radar Online that Carrie’s loved ones think she’s going “a little wild” with fillers.
“Of course, the fear is always that someone of Carrie’s caliber will overshoot and ruin her naturally pretty looks. People are hoping she reins it in sooner rather than later,” the insider said.
Carrie hasn't copped to any surgery.
Not that she has to, though — whatever procedures she has or hasn’t gotten done is nobody’s business but her own.
Regardless, she looks good fishing, even without being all glammed up. Not everyone is that cute while holding a fish!
