As the premiere of the new season of Mama June: Family Crisis draws closer, it seems like there are a lot of fans who aren’t as excited as they once were to tune in. Since the death of "Mama June" Shannon’s eldest daughter, Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell, in December, many who called themselves fans of the show are rethinking their support for the family. Some believe that Mama June's recent behavior has been exploitative, especially after she allowed the show’s camera crew to film Anna’s final days for her reality series.

Fans are seriously fed up with Mama June and her actions.

In a Reddit forum dedicated to the TV show, fans voiced concern over some of Mama June’s behavior based on a new trailer for the upcoming season of Mama June: Family Crisis.
"Did June steal [Alana's] college fund??” the post read. "Pumpkin says it here but not sure whats going on. Just wondering if anyone has heard this before. I seriously wouldn't put it past her. She sold her daughters car for money to support her and Gino's habit. Sold the house her children were living in without telling them for the same reason. Gave up custody of [Alana] cause she didn't want to pay what Pumpkin was asking her to pay in child support. So stealing [Alana's] college fund is definitely right up her alley. And with her doing drugs on her live the other day maybe she really needed the money again like before. Feel so sorry for Kaitlyn and her sister being in that household."
No one had any trouble expressing their feelings about Mama June.
Other fans began to chime in, expressing their irritation with Mama June and displeasure that the show is still on the air.
"I wish they would quit giving this woman a platform or show … my god," one person wrote.
"They used Anna to pump out an extra season," another added. "It's clear that otherwise they really wouldn't have a plot other than June being June and stealing from her own kids."
Others asked for the network to finally "cancel this trash a– show."
Anna's death is a big part of the new season, and people don't love it.
A major issue for fans is the way the family appears to be profiting off of Anna’s death by including this time in their lives on the show. The trailer shows multiple clips of Anna as she gets sicker, including hospital trips, shaving her head, and her wedding to Eldridge Toney. According to what inside sources have told People, Anna wanted her death to be filmed, though her funeral was not filmed, even with camera crew in attendance.
They're also accusing Mama June of stealing from Alana's college fund.
In the show’s trailer, there are multiple scenes showing explosive arguments between Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson, her sister Lauryn "Pumpkin" Efird, and Mama June over money that was put aside for Alana to attend college. The teen revealed that she had been given a $21,000 scholarship to study neonatal nursing at Regis University in Colorado.

It doesn't look like Mama June feels guilty about her past actions.
"You don’t really give a f— that you took our money, that’s the problem," Alana says in the trailer, beginning to cry while Lauryn looks stunned.
"I used it in my drug addiction … whoo!" Mama June snaps back.
Regardless of what the truth is, it seems like Mama June and her family have had a truly difficult year — something fans will get to see unfold when the show returns on February 9.
