Mom of seven Hilaria Baldwin works extra hard to keep her svelte figure, which includes frequent yoga sessions and workouts. That's good news for comedian Celeste Barber, who has made a career out of mining celebrity workout videos for comedy gold — and Hilaria's recent video is no exception.

Hilaria posted the original clip on her Instagram.
The 39-year-old accompanied it with a lengthy caption about why she was doing that particular workout. "I have been having some lower back stuff since baby was born, so I'm really trying to improve my core strength," she explained in part.
"Especially after having so many children, I really have to focus on my internal muscles. True strength is not often visible, and this is why we need to go inside with our awareness and feeling."
Hilaria's followers were excited to see her making her mini-workout videos again.

Hilaria used to post a lot of videos like this, so her fans were thrilled to see her back at it.
Celeste couldn't help but get distracted, however, by all the thrusting in the new clip. She took to her own Instagram, where she hilariously re-created Hilaria's video in a more dramatic (and sexual) nature, much to the delight of her followers.
Celeste's video starts off with a clip from Hilaria's video.
The comedian donned a similar (but far less form-fitting) version of the outfit Hilaria was wearing in her video as she mimicked some of the hip-thrusting moves, calling it the "horny teenager" workout. Obviously, Celeste's video is a parody, so everything she did was far more sexual and aggressive, and she quickly had people cracking up.
People thought Celeste's re-creation was spot on.
"My dog was doing this 'workout' this morning, and I sprayed him with the squirt bottle," one person joked.
Another person mentioned Alec and Hilaria's large brood in their comment. "Celeste, congratulations, now you're pregnant with 12 baldwinitos," the commenter wrote.
As funny as the clip (and the comments) are, the video sends an important message.

Celeste's videos serve as a good reminder that celebrities often promote unobtainable fitness and weight goals.
The comedian has made a career out of taking these types of videos and turning them into something funny so that people can laugh — instead of feeling pressured to look a certain way — when viewing images and clips of ultra-slim celebrities on social media.
We're glad that the "horny teenager" workout helped ease Hilaria's back pain, but we found Celeste's version of the workout far more effective when it came to working our funny bone.
