As former Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans moves forward in her legal separation from David Eason, she's making some terrifying claims about her estranged husband. New court documents have revealed that Jenelle filed for full custody of Ensley, the 7-year-old daughter she shares with David, claiming she is the primary caregiver and that his "erratic behavior" is creating a "negative environment" at home for their children.

The rumors that Jenelle and David are splitting up appear to be true.
As The Sun reported earlier this week, Jenelle filed for legal separation from David after rumors spread that she had kicked David (and his daughter, Maryssa) out of the home they shared after she was reunited with her son, Jace, when CPS dismissed its investigation against her in February.
David is still facing charges of child abuse after he allegedly got into a physical altercation with Jace last year.
Jenelle expressed her 'intent that the separation be permanent.'
"Throughout the duration of the marriage of the parties, the defendant has exhibited concerning and at times disturbing behavior towards the plaintiff," read the court documents.
The papers went on to claim that David had to leave the home when custody was given back to Jenelle and that he "has been spending his days drinking liquor at a bar near the marina" ever since.
She lodged several disturbing claims against David in the paperwork, such as having "criminal conversations" with his ex-wife and allegedly even told Jenelle to "kill herself," The Sun reported.
Now, she's filing for full custody of Ensley.
On Tuesday, The Sun reported that Jenelle is asking for the court to grant her full custody of her daughter, claiming that at "nearly all times" she is the only parent who has been handling Ensley's daily needs.
She also said she wants the court to "order defendant to submit to a psychological evaluation with MMPI testing (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory testing) at the cost of defendant so that this Court may properly determine defendant's parental fitness."

According to Jenelle, David is an unfit parent.
"[David's] excessive alcohol use and his short temper create a negative environment for the minor child, and as a family, plaintiff feels as though they have to walk on eggshells around defendant, as his mood swings are unpredictable and vary in their intensity," read the documents.
She's also asking for child support.
Jenelle went on to say that despite David's "lengthy history of unstable employment," he is capable of earning an income.
She's asking that David "pay the costs of the minor child's uninsured out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision, orthodontic, prescription drugs, counseling, tutoring and testing expenses."
This sounds like it could get ugly, but for the sake of Ensley (and the rest of David and Jenelle's children, here's hoping that their custody situation is wrapped up quickly and in the kids' best interest.
