Fans are concerned about Jinger Duggar. Recently, the former Counting On star’s husband, Jeremy Vuolo, shared a picture of his wife on Instagram, and fans were shocked by her appearance. Jinger recently changed her hair color, but that wasn’t what shocked everyone — it was her gaunt and tired appearance.
In the photo, Jinger didn't quite look like the version of herself that her fans are used to seeing, and of course, they had questions about what could be happening between the couple.
In fact, they were so concerned that they begged Jeremy to "allow" his wife to eat because she looked so tiny.

Something about Jinger Duggar appeared to be different.
In the picture, Jinger looked like she was standing in a small café. She wore tan pants, a white collared sweater, and a small black heart-shaped crossbody bag. Jinger didn't look at the camera; she had her hands uncomfortably clasped in front of her and had a slight frown on her face.
Hmm …
Fans definitely called out what they noticed.
"Her body language and her eyes look like she's full of pain," one fan commented about Jinger's appearance.
"I'm sorry but she looks unhappy," another chimed in.
One follower wrote: "Why is she so thin? Not looking happy or healthy."

The fans are worried about Jinger's health.
A post even popped up on a popular Duggar subreddit full of fans questioning what was going on With Jinger. "Why the hell would he post this? She looks exhausted and/or like she just got done crying," the post was titled.
One comment reads: "You know she’s tiny when she still has a thigh gap in baggy pants. She looks gaunt here."
"She doesn’t look any bigger than my 80 Pound, 10 Year old daughter," another fan shared. "I’m nothing but concerned."
Could something be going on with Jinger and Jeremy?
On the Reddit thread, one fan speculated that Jinger and Jeremy may have fought before he took the photo, writing: "She looks like he screamed at her in the car the entire way there and then demanded she smile for the camera. She's holding her eyes like that to keep from crying. Poor gal. Nobody should do this to their partner (post an image of their abject misery online)."
They were photographed in a tense moment.
The US Sun shared pictures of Jinger and Jeremy from the same day as the café picture. It looked like the couple may have had a tense conversation — they both wore serious expressions, and there was distance between them.
